Ventura County Felony Records
Ventura County felony records are managed by the Superior Court Records Division. There is a $15 fee per search request with a maximum of 15 names per request. Copies are 50 cents per page. Ventura Superior Court Records Division
The Ventura County Superior Court maintains a Records Division that handles public requests for criminal case files. This means you can search for up to 15 people for $15 total. If you need to search more names, you must pay $15 for each batch of up to 15 names.
Copies are 50 cents per page. If you need your copies certified, there is a $40.00 fee in addition to the per page fee. This means a certified copy of a 10-page document would cost $5.00 for copies plus $40.00 for certification for a total of $45.00. Taking photographs of court documents is not permitted under current court rules. You must request official copies instead.

How to Search Ventura County Felony Records
To search for criminal records, contact the Records Division. Call (805) 289-8668 or email RecordsCorrespondence@ventura.courts.ca.gov. Provide the names you want to search. You can search up to 15 names for $15. If you need more searches, pay $15 for each additional batch of up to 15 names. The court will process your request and send you the results.
If the search finds records, you can request copies. Copies cost 50 cents per page. Certified copies add $40 per document. Send payment with your request. The court accepts checks or money orders.
