Orange County Superior Court Cases
All Anaheim felony cases are processed by Orange County Superior Court. The North Justice Center in Fullerton serves Anaheim at 1275 N. Berkeley Avenue. Criminal cases are also heard at the Central Justice Center in Santa Ana.
Use the free Vision portal at visionpublic.occourts.org to search for criminal and traffic cases. Look up by name, case number, or citation number. The system shows case details, filing dates, charges, and hearing schedules. Government Code section 68152 requires the court to keep felony records for at least 75 years.
Traffic citations may not appear in the online system for up to 21 days from the date the ticket was issued. If your search comes up empty for a recent citation, wait a few weeks and try again. The court updates the database regularly but there is always a short delay for new cases.
To request copies of court documents, visit the courthouse in person or mail a copy request form. The court generally fills copy requests within seven to 10 business days. Include a check payable to Clerk of the Court. Do not send cash. Call the court for current copy fees.

If not, provide the date, time, and location of the incident along with names of people involved. APD reviews each request and determines if the record can be released.
Some reports may be withheld if they involve ongoing investigations or sensitive information. The department will send you an invoice for the fees. Pay online and the report is emailed to you. Processing times range from a few days to a few weeks.
